    Karen~
Just from your links it looks like we have a lot in common! I was turned on to genealogy by my Great Aunt Bobbie (Richardson) Whiteman who gave me a copy of her notes way back in the 1970s. I have two aunts who have been more active researching the Whiteman family tree. I try to keep up with their progress (difficult because they are old school (lots of paper, handwritten notes, incomplete citations, etc.) So I go back and forth between logging in their info (boxes and boxes of paper), and verifying it against cite-able (sp?) documents. All that to say that our branch of the family comes from Hannah Huey, Jonas’ sister.

I also have started researching my husband’s families, Paszkiet, Momot, Pinciotti and Mantini. My mother’s side of the family is from southern Spain, the beginnings of which I’m building based on documents I copied my last visit to her hometown near Sevilla, Spain. My fluency in Spanish has been a great asset, especially if records are in Latin.

I retired from Verizon about 10 years ago (I was 12 when I started, haha), am a stay-at-home mom, part time bookkeeper, and amateur genealogist. I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and still have family in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio.

I’d really like to schedule a call sometime soon. Hope you feel so inclined to email or call me anytime.

    1. Hi Suzan! It certainly does sound as though we are related! The Whitenmans and Hueys are such interesting families. I would love to talk with you and share information. Karen

    1. Nice to hear from you. My Brewster database is not complete for this branch of the family and I would love to know our connection and more about your branch of the family. Thanks for writing!

    2. I just figured out how you fit in! You must be Debbie’s mother! I just wrote to Debbie this morning and will put the house photos online soon. I apologize. I have not worked on this branch of the family for some time!
