Florence (Schumm) Miller (1929-2016)

This is not the post originally planned for today. I will post that one next week.

Instead, today’s post is a photo tribute to my mother, Florence Elizabeth (Schumm) Miller, who passed away from a sudden illness yesterday.

So sorry to learn of this……I always admired her flower and landscaping skills, and shared her love of flower gardening.

    Karen,
Sorry to hear of your loss. Always admired how neat and pretty the property always was with all the flowers and landscaping.

Truly missed sitting in front of her and your dad in church. It was a privilege to know them.
Prayers to you and your family

Karen, you have our sympathy over the passing of your mother. It’s always hard. I remember her from Willshire Hiigh School where we were in the same building 1 – 12 and we younger girls always noticed the older girls . She was so pretty and nice to us

My sympathy to you and your family, Karen. She was a lovely lady; so kind and gentle. She created a lovely home and yard with her landscaping talents also. I remember their wedding. God bless you as you make this sad journey.

    1. Thank you, Shelley.

  1. That is a nice way to show who she was in so many periods: my condolences from accros the Atlantic.
You were very lucky to have her in your life for such a long time.
Still do miss mine and she passed in 1991.
Keep her in your thoughts and prayers as long as you live, and live your life the way you know she would approve of.
    kind regards
